I am a longtime practitioner of Yoga and learned to teach from my own inspiration and from the great teachers who I was fortunate to encounter over the years. My style is informal, fun and agreeable to all levels of practice. Hatha Yoga is the focus with no judgment or competition. The healing benefits from each pose are targeted as a means of getting to know your own body and its possibilities.
My classes are especially enjoyable to beginners as I have always treated every class as if I am a beginner.
I always loved the freedom, energy, independence, awareness and self-worth that Yoga brings to us as we bring ourselves to it.
