Rachel HolmesPracticing yoga has been a journey of understanding my physical body, and the subtler energies that this understanding reveals. Knowing your body is power.  Acceptance of yourself, just as you are now, and steadiness of your breath guides you through an intimate exploration of your own body.

My teachings are influenced by a daily yoga and meditation practice, healing work, a background in psychology, a love of learning, and a calling to share the gift of this practice with as many people as possible!
