After traveling through many fitness genres, yoga quickly felt like home to me. I pursued my 200 hr teacher training in 2016 through Kanyakumari to deepen my practice. I had no idea how much the knowledge I would acquire would change me. From Ayurveda to yoga philosophy, there’s much more than asana to deepen our experience in each class. I truly enjoy teaching people the basics of yoga and try to bring an element of mindfulness to each class. I have a casual teaching style that aims to make all fitness levels and body types comfortable.
