Mary started her yoga journey after college but never had a consistent practice. Her real journey began after having children and dealing with chronic back/hip pain. It was there that she was introduced to the calm and physical comfort yoga could bring to her busy life, as well as strengthen and challenge her physically. NEW CLASSES and Workshops

•Arm Balance and Inversion Workshop – Saturday, May 26 11:00am-1:00pm – Whether you’re a  seasoned practitioner or a beginner, this workshop will help you develop a handstand and arm balance  practice. In this workshop, we’ll start with a fun flow to build heat and connect with the breath, followed by a  step-by-step tutorial on the mechanics and anatomy of handstands with several drills for you to take with  you and practice at home. We’ll also cover dozens of wrist exercises to release stress and promote a healthy  foundation on the hands. Pack your mat and water and get ready to fly!    •Yoga Basics – Wednesdays 7-8pm  – This class will touch on yoga philosophy, breathing techniques, break down sun salutations, standing poses (asana) and basic seated poses.
