I started practicing yoga on and off 20 years ago. I was an avid runner and triathlete. While in Florida on a family beach vacation, a beach yoga class was offered, so I got up ran a couple miles to the class and then ran back after – realizing the profound difference in my body on the run back, much more ease and grace in my movements.
